Typically we will ship your order within 2 days of your order, and take up to 5 - 21days for delivery.

1. We have a No cancellation policy. We offer a 2-hour grace period since your purchase time, within which you can cancel your order with us with no excuse (simply reply to this email labubuclosethk@gmail.com). Once that time has passed, we don't allow cancellation. Please be responsible for your purchase.

2. Always video record your unboxing when you receive your product. Otherwise we will try but we might not be able to help. We are not responsible for minor defects like tiny scratches that you need to zoom in to notice, but we will help if your product has major issues like wrong products etc.
