2. Always video record your unboxing when you receive your product. Otherwise we will try but we might not be able to help. We are not responsible for minor defects like tiny scratches that you need to zoom in to notice, but we will help if your product has major issues like wrong products etc.

I think this is a must when I first saw it on the website. I love Cubone and Umbreon the most. I didn’t really like Balbasaur and Venusaur at first but when I saw it in person it’s just so well designed. Very perfect! (Sorry for my bad English)
