2. Always video record your unboxing when you receive your product. Otherwise we will try but we might not be able to help. We are not responsible for minor defects like tiny scratches that you need to zoom in to notice, but we will help if your product has major issues like wrong products etc.

This Gengar figure is even more impressive in person. The 32cm size is no joke—it has serious presence.

Incredible sculpt, minor paint flaw. The sculpt and overall design are a 10/10. The haunted house theme is executed perfectly. My only reason for 4 stars is a very tiny paint smudge on one of the window frames of the house base. It’s not noticeable unless you’re looking for it, and the Gengar itself is perfect.
